“Decision” is an intervention model based on the strengths of individuals facing the challenges of ADHD without denying the challenges and shortcomings faced by ADHDers, but at the same time trusting their ability to rebuild lives full of success. The “decision” model was created as a practical tool that can be used to apply an integrated therapeutic approach to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with the aim of restoring control to them. Based on this understanding, this therapeutic model is designed to help professionals support ADHDers in exploring their potential, knowing their disorder, validating their fears, and igniting their desire to connect and regain control.
Participants in this training program will be able to learn effective strategies and use the necessary tools to help these individuals challenge their brains, explore ways to rebuild their external environment, and learn the strategies and cues that will help them build the essential skills necessary to succeed in their journey, such as emotional regulation, concentration, planning, time management, etc., which will allow their customers to build their self-confidence.
The program is available online, and is available in Arabic, English, and French.
Participants can choose to attend any course of the training program separately and receive a “Course Attendance Certificate”. Or attend the entire program and be marked as “ADHD Trainer: Training The Trainers Program” certified by the Learning Difficulties Professional Association
